These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DaedArch Connect ("the Service"), operated by DaedArch Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DaedArch Connect is a private, consent-driven personal-life-management assistant that helps you organize your own calendar, contacts, tasks, email, and connected financial accounts. It is read-and-manage-only with a hard no-delete guardrail: it does not delete, trash, or send on your behalf, and it accesses your email read-only. You may connect only accounts you are authorized to connect.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Access can only be activated by your own sign-in and grant; connecting on someone else's behalf is not permitted.
The Service integrates third-party providers, and your use of those integrations is also governed by their terms:
We are not responsible for third-party services' own acts or omissions, and their availability may change.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access data you are not authorized to access; interfering with or disrupting the Service; reverse-engineering except as permitted by law; or using the Service to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect accounts and request deletion of your data as described there. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
The Service and its content (excluding your data and third-party content) are owned by DaedArch Corporation or its licensors. You retain rights to your own data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DaedArch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or US $100 if the Service is free during that period).
We may modify these Terms and will post the updated version with a new effective date; continued use means acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access as described here.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
DaedArch Connect is currently provided free of charge; there are no purchases, and therefore no refunds or cancellations of payment. You may stop using the Service and disconnect any connected account at any time. If paid features are introduced, this section will be updated with a full refund and cancellation policy — including cancellation method, refund windows, and how refunds are issued via Stripe — before any charge is made.
